This mixed-use development reflects our desire to work side by side with organizations to contribute meaningful places of community, which is integral for individual wellness, empowerment, and sustainability. The development, currently in detailed design, consists of a main floor community hub that provides various social and wellness support and food security services, and upper floors that offer housing in a supportive setting. We have benefitted from working closely with a construction manager at the outset of the project to assist the Mustard Seed in navigating a challenging decision-making, funding, and market environment due to the ongoing pandemic, and look forward to the impact this project will make to the city once it opens its doors to residents and to the wider community.
