These two office warehouse buildings (each 20 000sf) were completed concurrently under a design-build arrangement, effectively doubling Trailcon’s leasing business operations in Canada.

Reflecting parameters established by the owner and contractor, we successfully developed a building footprint and facade treatment that addressed particular company operational needs as well as branding requirements to complete the double-project within budget and tight timelines.
